Kar_12 Posted January 24, 2018 Report Share Posted January 24, 2018 Hi, I had applied for H4 EAD for my spouse in August last year with I94 ending December. Then in October I applied for H1B and H4 extension and received RFE. H4 EAD was also issued an RFE stating the H1B status saying action will be taken once i submit the approval for H1B. Now both my H1B and spouse H4 is approved. What is the process I should follow now. Do I need a lawyer for this or I can do this on my own. Is there any website that lays down the details like the documents (which i guess i also have on the RFE letter), address to be sent, the mode to be sent etc. have anyone faced a similar situation? It would be great if someone can help me on this. Link to comment

I mailed the initial H4 EAD application to Texas address, but received the RFE email from Vermont address. To which address should i sent the required documents? is it Texas or Vermont? Based on the category eligibility like c26 or c35, you will know which address to send. Link to comment
