My company submitted initial perm on March 3rd 2017 and it got denied on May 17th 2017 because of the mistake done by attorney regarding experience. New perm was applied yesterday. My visa is expiring on Aug 10th 2018 and with recapture I can stay until Sep 9th 2018. What I can do if my perm gets audited? What is the chance for me to get audited? Link to comment
