imlucky
Hi, I'd like to share my timeline with you guys. I know how hard this process is, and I hope this information helps someone. June 06, 2017 - Fee and documents received by DOS November 17, 2017 - No Objection Statement received by DOS November 21, 2017 - DOS sends Favorable Recommendation to USCIS November 24, 2017 - Received Favorable Recommendation letter in the mail November 29, 2017 - Received Receipt Notice from USCIS in the mail I am still waiting for the final decision from USCIS. I am also in the process of applying for the Adjustment of Status based on Spouse Petition (I'm married to a U.S. Citizen). I'm currently on the Academic Training Program, which ends in October. Hopefully, I will get my I-140 approved soon, and the waiver as well. Link to comment

imlucky
@fastmandarYes, it took about 2 months to get the final waiver approval from USCIS. I wouldn't go by the processing times that says on the VSC site. Link to comment

HAA
Not sure about that. Based on I-612 instructions you should NOT file I-612 if you are applying via IGA, NOS, or Conrad..that is strange... I recently applied for NOS waiver. I have not submitted I-612....any thoughts from the forum? Thank you. HAA Link to comment
