My employer did an amendment, but I got an RfE Last month. I am planning to visit India by mar, 2018. Is it safe to travel to India when an amendment is pending. Let's say the worst case scenario, even if my amendment gets denied on March when I am in India, can I still travel back to US with my valid visa which is stamped till sep, 2018 Link to comment
