B1 to H1B Status Change

Hello  Team, 

I am currently in India holding a H1B approval ,however my H1B stamping is not done yet as i have not got a client/job .

I Also hold a valid B1 Visa , my query is :

1. In case I travel to US on B1 and find a Job...Can i apply for change of status" COS" from B-1/B2 tourist visa to an H1B ?...As I have already a valid H1B petition, Is there possibility to change my status from B1 to H1B ?

If yes what are the challenges i might face.

 

2. do I have to face any challenges if In case i go for my H1B stamping  in future.

Any kind of feedback on this will be highly appreciated.

You need invitation letter to travel on B1, check with attorney if that is even feasible in your case.
