AC21 not filed for 485 EAD

Hi  ,

      I am on 485 EAD from past 4 years  and working Fulltime for a employer other than my GC filing employer,My priority date is   2010 Feb EB2

When I switched job( similar occupation) there was no compulsion of filing of supplement J  so I went ahead to accept the job offer without filing  AC21 ,My current employer is not cooperating to have ac21 /or filing of supplement J.

Can you please let me know what are my options now if I dont file ac21 with current employer.

Can i continue to work with existing employer and move to another employer who is willing to file supplement J  before adjudication assuming  I get an RFE.

Please advise.

Quit asap and confirm with your new employer that they MUST file I 485 J for future upcoming rfe.

All he needs to do is to provide a n EVL or job letter and your lawyer will be able to do the rest.
