Shravan4080
I want to apply tourist visa to my parents in the next few weeks. But recently I was laid off. I'm on Green card. 1. Can I still apply the tourist visa and be a sponsor for them ? 2. What are the chances of getting their visa approved ? Please advise. Thanks. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Your layoff should have nothing to do with their Green Card. Have them apply and they should get it. Most people do. Link to comment

There is no sponsorship for a visitor visa. You can pay for their trip, but that isn't sponsorship. You being unemployed is not relevant. Link to comment
