F-1 status after the end of Visa period

Hello,

My F-1 Visa ends on Nov 13th 2018 and my Stem OPT Extension ends on July 15th 2018 and i haven't got my H1B yet. My company is filling for my H1B again. What are the possibilities of continuing my status and working with company if my H1B doesn't get picked this year too. If i have to join  a college and work on CPT, how do i apply for the F-1 visa extension? Do i have to go to india and get it stamped or i can just stay here and apply for the extension? Please guide.

No real college gives out CPT from day one. And if you sign up with a fraud institution, you won't get an H1 at all.

Also, once you have used OPT, you can't get CPT or OPT again on the same educational level.
