mikejd80 Posted January 18, 2018 Report Share Posted January 18, 2018 found this post here, I have a similar situation with wrong ending date, VSC vermont center, I94 expires on 10/29/2020, but recent H4 EAD I765 approval notice shows valid to 10/09/2020, 20 days earlier than my H4 ending time. not sure I should bother to mail this back and ask for a correction. how did you raise the service request? online or phone? On the approval notice, it says if you want to correct it, you have to mail the old card back to them with an explanation and any supportive documents. and the correction may take quite some time to be handled according to some other posts online.
