Cross Chargeability Separate Interview timing

Hi,

We applied for I485 (Employment based) on Cross Chargeability in April 2017.

My Country of Birth : India

My Spouse(Dependent) Country of Birth : Qatar 

We received notices (I-797C) with different Interview times. Her interview is in the morning and my interview is in the afternoon.

My Question:

1. Should i be accompanying her in the morning interview? As Notice mentions "if eligibility is based on marriage, spouse must come to the interview", But my interview is also scheduled on the same day afternoon.

2. Should i hire attorney to accompany.

2. Should i hire attorney to accompany -> No need. Attorney would just request extra fee which is not necessary if your case is pretty straight forward
