Hello, My wife wanted to study a course in the USA, so she applied for F-1 VISA, but the US consular officer in rejected the F-1 and gave 214B denial form. and they cancelled her F-2 VISA. Now is it advisable to re-apply for a F2 VISA or B2 tourist VISA?
