Now, If I switch to an employer B, will my spouse loose her H4 EAD ? Would she be able to work Can any one help on this Link to comment
JoeF
Her EAD is not tied to your job. Her EAD is tied to her H4, which in turn is tied to you being in valid H1. As long as you have a job on H1 and get paid properly, her H4 and EAD are valid. Link to comment

Jax1719
Hey Varun, I was eager too after 3 weeks. but it took like close to 90 days till we saw the status change as "Card Ordered" or something. from there you will be getting the EAD card in a week. Link to comment
simransingh
I applied for COS from H1 to H4 and H4 EAD together. Is it going to take longer than 90 days since H4 needs to be approved first or the approval can come concurrently? Link to comment
