H4 to F1 stamping

Hello,

Am an Indian Citizen holding Canadian PR.  I am doing my Masters in California public university on H4 visa. I am in India now for my F1 stamping. 

Canada is our long term plan and would relocate after few years. Am just wondering if my Canadian PR stamp in my passport will impact my F1 decision. Please share your thoughts.

It should not matter. If asked, tell them frankly that you are intending to migrate to Canada in future.

F-1 is a single intent visa, so make sure that you keep your answers simple and focused on the fact that your long term goal is to study in on of the leading universities and relocate to Canada.
