H1B to F2 Visa

Hi, 

I had traveled to The US on H1B for 22 (2015 - 2017) months and returned back to India after my assignment was over. in 2016, my husband joined me on H4 visa. Later he got admission to a university and returned to India and got his F1 stamping done before he traveled back to The US.

Now I want to spend some time with him and want to travel on F2.  will having H1B affect my F2 visa interview?

Please suggest, how best can I clear the interview?
