Selected in H1B lottery but not replied to RFE

Hello,  My H1B visa application was selected in the lottery in April 2017 but my employer did not reply to the RFE before the deadline(Dec 6) and also does not want to continue with the visa application. 1) Can I get it transferred to another employer? 2) What is the way forward? 3) Do i need to go through the lottery again?

This H1b is gone. You will have to apply again in lottery next year.

There is nothing to transfer because there is no approved H1.

That H1 is gone. Find a better employer for next year's quota.
