H1B - Ammendment- RFE (Request for Evidence)

Hello , 

Request your help with a query for my friend in USA.

Situation : He is with employer A1, working at client B1 working at location L1. His current i-94 is valid till end of Oct 2018.

 He has filed for amendment for location change to Location L2. There is no change in Employer, or client nor role. so in this case.

If his amendment gets denied : 1> Can he continue to work at location L1 based on his earlier approved petition till Oct 2018

Please let me know about this situation.

Amendment is required if and should there be any Materialistic change in the Job. If it is denied then you can always use the original approved petition to continue work in the same location.
