Need Help: Visa interview waiver program

My visa interview waiver is dependent on this question - "Did your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) expire within the last 12 months?" If I answer yes I'll eligible for visa interview waiver.

Now I have to two visa stamps in my passport, let's say A and B

A is valid from 14 Nov 2014 to 25 Sep 2017

B is valid from 25 Jan 2016 to 08 Dec 2017

If I consider stamp A my answer will be "Yes" and I'll eligible for visa interview waiver.

If I consider stamp B my answer will be "No" and I'll not be eligible for visa interview waiver.

What should be my answer? Yes or No?

Complete all your answer and submit after 8th Dec 2017. That way both visa stamps are expired within last 12 months.
