H1B Amendment denied-Extension is in progress-Can i still work?

I want inputs on my case, below are the details please suggest how to proceed on this.

My Amendment Case was filed on April 17.In December got decision stating that Amendment has been denied.

My H1B Extension petition was filed on in Sep (I-94 expiry date Sep end.) as per the latest update the current status is Case Received No decision yet.

Amendment filed to Client- A

Extension Filed with Same Client-A with a new LCA -decision is yet to be made.

Below are my questions on which i need clarification

1) As both amendment and extension were filled to same client, can i continue to work till i get the update on Extension petition ignoring the amendment result?

2) Can i continue to work or how long can i work for client A as of now?

3) What is the next action i need to take once i receive Denial notice?

4) If I’m not supposed to work, Shall i go ahead with filling premium to get update on the extension petition?

They haven’t mentioned the reason in the status have to wait for hard copy of denial notice

Hi,

For me also the same case.  My amendment was filed on Aug'2017 and status changed to RFE and responded on Nov'2017 and my extension was filed on Dec'2017. Today while i am checking status of amendment it was mentioned as denied. My extension is still in same status as "Case was received". Dont know the reason for denial too.

What are the options.
