Laddu369 Posted December 8, 2017 Report Share Posted December 8, 2017 Hi, I used to work for Employer A in 2016 as a full time and got H1B and went for stamping to India and got stamping till 2019. For some reason, my employer A gave 2 weeks notification for new employer. So, I join consultancy, Employer B, and working for him from March 2017 and I got 2 RFEs (one for wage and second for CLient letter) and it is still in pending from past 300 days. Now, my client want to me give full time. 1. what should be my move now? 2. in which way, my risk of rejection is minimal? Link to comment
