Mahesh Rolla Posted December 7, 2017 Report Share Posted December 7, 2017 I transferred my H1B to a company in month of August 17. I got an RFE for my H1B transfer last month. Attorney has submitted RFE response last week and it is premium. I just came to know my previous employer that my H1B with previous employer was withdrawn. Can you guys let me know what are my options if my H1B transfer gets rejected. Thanks Link to comment
