kamy Posted December 4, 2017 Report Share Posted December 4, 2017 My H1B extension Denied on I140 and employer requested supervisor review since the denial notice was unclear. I heard if the extension was in premium processing we will get supervisor response in two weeks? Any idea if this is true ? I m looking for ETA on supervisor review and response. Thanks!!
