Got Current date as PD

Hi, My first labour was submitted on nov-2013, but PD listed on 140 approval notice as may-2008 which is current, so we opened case with USCIS to change, they also changed but they told new approval notice won't be required.

When my new employer applied m perm and140, we clearly mentioned my pd should be nov-2013, but I got my recent 140 approved with may-2008 PD which is current.

What should I do now, please advice.

Not sure about the legality of what I am going to say next,

Do any one ever got this kind of issue. Very confused. Even we provided in explanation of wrong pd indocument while filling i140... Whether it's their mistake or mine :(
