vicusa Posted December 1, 2017 Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 My current H1 petition ends on Dec 31st (30 days) . Another company is filing H1 transfer for me. Can they apply for 3 years validity. EB 2 I 140 with my current employer was approved five years ago. I am in the 10th years of My H1 and and last 8 years with the same company, that applied my PERM GC in 2011. Link to comment
