H4 Travel to USA while H1B Transfer Receipt

Hi,

I recently transferred my H1B from Company A to Company B. Joined Company B on receipt and visa processing is still pending(not premium).

 

My family(H4) is currently in India and want to travel to USA. 

Can my wife travel to USA with below documents

-> Stamped H4 (previous company) valid until August 2018

-> H1B receipt from H1B transfer from new company

If not should she wait until my H1B transfer is approved and then go for stamping?

Her visa is available for use till August, 2018 irrespective of which employer you work for. But she needs your H1 Petition approval to return. Convert to PP.
