Longer than normal processing time EAD

Hi,

I lost my initial OPT-EAD in USPS mail. So I applied for a replacement card on August 2, 2017. It's been more than 90 days and I haven't received any update on the application. I have a job opportunity which is getting delayed because of my OPT card. I do not have a social security number, which will be issued now only with my EAD card.

 

Could you help me on how to proceed with this, so that I can receive my EAD card?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
