L2 EAD MO not processed

Hi,

I am on L2 visa and filed I765 in early October. I have not received a postal acknowledgement but USCIS provided a receipt number upon calling. USCIS mentions that the application is under process, but my MO for $410 application fee has not been encashed yet. Has anyone had similar experiences? Any kind of information will be helpful. Thanks
