Hima22222 Posted November 27, 2017 Report Share Posted November 27, 2017 Hi, I entered US on H4. Started my MS in Jan 2016 with H4 and applied for F1. I received my F1 in May 2016. EAD started from June 2017. I have never been to India yet. Therefore, I have H4 visa stamp on my passport. (Expired in 2016). Officially I am on F1 status, but need F1- Visa stamping on passport. I am planning to go to India in February. Will it be fine to travel while on OPT ?? People please share your experiences. Thank you, Link to comment
