travel to INDIA on CPT

Hello All,

I'm Sam, I'm on big confusion please share your experience with me. 

Currently I'm working as Software Developer, I entered to USA on August 2015 on F1 visa, Finished first masters from unaccredited university, approved my initial OPT for 1 year, Now after completion of 1 year OPT to continue my SEVIS, recently I re-joined a month ago in day one CPT which is an accredited university

Question: Can I travel to INDIA on CPT status without an issues.

No real university does CPT from day one.

You are supposed to study, not to work. CPT is not and has never been for work at an arbitrary company. It is only for work as an integral part of the curriculum, like an internship required by everybody taking a particular course, and listed in the catalog for the course.

And with you having been at an unaccredited "university", you can expect lots of issues every time you get a new visa or enter the US.

Stay away from all this "CPT from day one" stuff. That's all fraud.
