She just landed in US at LAX today which is Nov 16th 2017, during immigration interview at airport, she was asked for her visa status and she clearly mentioned H4, but the immigration officer stamped and gave her passport back after asking some general questions. She didn’t checked and processed to the luggage area. It was after coming home that we noticed that the immigration officer stamped B1/B2 which is ending on May 15th on her passport. I really don’t know what to do in this situation, any help would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted November 17, 2017 Report Share Posted November 17, 2017 Does she have a B1/B2 visa in her passport? You will need to have her contact the CBP at the Airport and go and get the matter resolved. Link to comment
