221g- Client not replying to Verification request

I came to India for family emergency and had to appear for Visa stamping. Got 221g (Admin Processing) as my petitioner company was acquired by another company. After couple of weeks, the consulate asked documentary evidences to prove my association with end client through EVC model. The end client do not provide any client letter as per their policy. But we got an email from client manager confirming my role and responsibilities.

Even after submitting all relevant documents, DOL has contacted end Client HR for verification. But due to unknown reason (mostly because of client's policy of not providing any letter for visa processing) the HR is not replying to consulate and my process is in hung status. Consulate informed me that they can not proceed until end client reply to their request.

Being said so, can you guys please guide/advice me what are my options and how I could get out of this mess?
