Neda Posted November 16, 2017 Report Share Posted November 16, 2017 If you don't have a degree related to your H1 job or atleast 16yrs(I am not sure) of work exp in the field related to your H1 job then get ready for RFE. This is not a new rule, USCIS has just started enforcing the rules. Link to comment

The rule is if a person doesn't have the required 4-year bachelor degree, 3 years if relevant experience in the field can be replaced for each year missing towards the degree. Link to comment
