CAN I APPLY MY EXTENSION IN 7TH YEAR IF I 140 CANCELLED

Hello,

                    Can I Apply for my H1 extension if my previous employer cancelled my I 140 , if he cancelled it what are my options. my H1 expires on  02/2018 but my 6th year of my  H1 was completed in this october 2017. so what are my options to apply for extension in February 2018.

If any employer could start your gc before 02/2018, then you can return to your home country temporarily. After i 140 is approved you can re-apply for h1b extension from home country.
