Hi,

Need your help and experience  in this matter.

had a arrest in 2013 now in 2017 came for stamping and got stuck in AP.

how many days do they take to issue passport?

your experience gives us hope

i had interview on 24th oct still show AP.

I was charged disorderly conduct and paid fine.

when was your interview and when did you get your passport?

What is outcome of your case..?

Is it dismissed out rightly or did you do any community service or attended any classes?

What does your court disposition document say?

If is dismissed ,one mostly need not pay any fine?

What did VO ask you in interview?

Is your original charge was disorderly conduct or is it reduced charge?

Generally it takes 4 -6 weeks ,for very few it will take 60 days.

HI I am also on the same boat however my case was dismissed. I ave to appear the interview and have the ACD certificate.

Please suggest what precautions should I take. 

Anyways what questions did the VO asked?

yes i had to pay a fine n was charged with disorderly conducted(shoplifting 20$)

vo just asked what had happened 4years back so told her exactly what happened.

she said to all ok visa approved ul get visa in 3-5days.

now its 15days still on AP.

 

what about yours? Exactly a month? I mean exact 4weeks?

I had my stamping on Oct11th and received a letter to submit to my passport on Nov 7th. So it took close to a month. 
I haven't received my passport back yet though.  So the whole process takes over a month. All of this in the Chennai Consulate

DUI. Not yet. Still waiting for it. It's been a week since I submitted it

You mean after a month they asked for passport and now a week more passport not recieved.
