lakssiv Posted November 9, 2017 Report Share Posted November 9, 2017 HI All, I got my I-140 from an employer A and after 2+ years I joined employer B using the I-140. Since I am in I-140 status my wife got here EAD and she is working. Now may be in an year her EAD is going to expire, to extend the EAD should I need to have a new I-140 from my current employer B or can I extend it using the existing I-140? I am asking well ahead as I need to start the talks accordingly. Link to comment
