sandro2017 Posted November 4, 2017 Report Share Posted November 4, 2017 Company is in risk of downsizing. My I-485 was filed recently (10//04/2017), my I-140 is approved. Priority date is 05/04/2017. I'm from Sri-Lanka. Should I file for an EAD? After 6 months of the I-485 being filed, am I portable to other jobs without restarting the GC process? Do I need to file for an EAD to become portable? How long does the EAD approval process take? What are my options? Link to comment
