India travel when H1B transfer is in pending(RFE)

Hi, My H1b with employer A was expired and employer A filed an H1b extension which went to RFE state. Meanwhile I got an offer from employer B and they filed my H1b transfer in California center and joined with petition number. Later I upgraded my H1b transfer to premium and last week the transfer petition went to RFE and we were yet to know the reason. 

Now, I have to travel India immediately with my H1b transfer (employer B) is in progress (RFE) and h1b visa with employer A was expired. So I just want to know will there be any issue to my transfer petition, if I travel outside USA. I know I cannot enter back without approval. All I need to know is, will there be any issue in approving my H1b transfer case since I will not be here in USA.
