H4 EAD Renewal filling on H1B renewal filling receipt number

Hi Everyone,

My current H1b and H4 of Spouse expires on 04/12/2018 and i have already applied for renewal(Before 180 Days rule).

H1B and H4 approval may take about 3 months as per current USCIS work load but i want to apply for H4 EAD renewal for my spouse based on H1B renewal receipt number (Not Approved yet as it is under review). Her i-94 expires already since we did not traveled recently.                                                  I Have following Questions.

1)Can i apply based on H1B renewal receipt ?

2) If answer to question is yes then what do i need to enter in Question 22(Which receipt number ) of I-765 ?
