Hi,

I came to the us in 2010 with a f1 visa. Used my full opt 27 months and applied for h1b in 2014,2105 but did not get picked . I worked under fulltime CPT during that time. In 2016 i applied H1 with my employer and another application just to be safe with a different employer under future employment. Both applications got picked but the one with the future employment got approved and the one with the actual client got denied. I was under false impression that my visa was approved under i797 A and moved my PO to the approved employer. My checks are being generated every month. Now after applying to a new job and during my h1 transfer i was told that my h1 is not active . What is my situation now? Will i get approved if i go to stamping now or is there any other process i need to go through for my case?
