Swatiyvm Posted October 30, 2017 Report Share Posted October 30, 2017 I am on H1 which will expire on June 2018 and I got married to a person who is using his EAD and waiting for GC (priority date 29SEP2009). His H1 has expired long ago in 2012 and has not reinstated it since then. His 485 was applied before we got married and now how can I be included in his file? Please let me know my options and any help will be really useful right now. Link to comment

If you do not have gc filed yet then only option is to maintain a healthy married life and continue waiting until your spouse pd is current so that you could file your I 485 based on spouse pd. 2. Maintain h1 until June 2018 and switch to h4. Apply h4 ead. Link to comment
