Due to personal reasons I have moved to India and working here. But I have H4 Visa as my wife working over in USA. Meanwhile my i140 got approved. Can I file i485 being on H4 status? It is current but is there any minimum period within which I should file for i485? Thank you in advance for your inputs. Link to comment
