I mean I wonder what kind of language they used in the RFE letter? One friend of mine got an RFE and the language they used in the letter was a little bit disappointing. They said the evidence he provided was not enough for the approval of the waiver. So I wonder if they send the same generic letter to everyone or they send different letters to people depends on their case. Quote Link to comment
Ali Veli
Hi All, I have just started this painful j-1 waiver process. I know it will be a long journey. My j-1 visa will expire on 5/2020. I will apply for a green card as dependent to my US citizen wife but it will take another 6-8 months on top of j1 waiver time. Could you please advise me how can I run these two process in a best way? Quote Link to comment

Fedupwithj1
Hello, I just gathered all of my documents for the persecution case. However, I am very confused about the process. Do I need to send everything to USCIS and DoS??? The fee on the website says $930, but it doesn't mention sending documents to DoS, and I see that some of you did that. Could you please explain? Thank you Quote Link to comment
