MJabs Posted October 6, 2017 Report Share Posted October 6, 2017 I am H1B visa holder and I am applying US visitors visa (B2 visa) for my parents. My mom has I130 immigration petition filed by her mother which is in progress. In the DS160 form one question is "Has anyone filed immigration for you?", I am answering Yes for my Mom but confused if I should answer No or Yes for my dad as the I130 petition was filed on my mom's name?
