FirstTimer Posted October 4, 2017 Report Share Posted October 4, 2017 My H1B Started on October 1st 2016 but unfortunately i was laid off from job in the month of May 2017. Unfortunately i couldn't find new employer within grace period of 60 Days so i decided to file COS from H1B to F2 and as of now my I539 is pending for approval and current priority date if February 13. Q.1 => What are my chances if i file H1B Transfer while my COS (F2) is pending and current I94 is valid till August 2019 Q.2 => If H1B Transfer is filed under Premium Processing, can i start working on Receipt or i should wait for H1B Approval.
