Self sponsored visitor visa for parents

Hi Team,

 I am in US on L1 work permit. I get my full salary (around 2.5m INR per anum) paid in India and all my US expenses are paid by my company. Since I am in US for more that 183 days, company will take care of my US tax filing as well. In India tax filling, my status is NRI for this FY. 

My parents are planning to visit US on visitor visa. Since I don't get salary here in US, they will be self sponsor for their trip. My father is retired and doing freelancer accountant and mother is home maker. Their total income is around 4 lakhs per anum. They have around 5.5 lakh in their saving account and around  9-10 lakhs in fixed deposit and some jewelry and house.

Are they good candidates for B2 visa? If not, please suggest other options.
