business on H4 ead

I'm currently on H1b and my wife has H4 EAD. I have following questions:

1. Can I open Manager Managed LLC and make my wife Manager member?

2. Can I show myself as an investor if my wife decides to open a LLC?

Sure she can. She just has to be aware that she can only do that as long as you are in valid H1 status, because the H4 depends on that.

It is a bit of a learning curve. I found that books in the business section in the local bookstore help a lot as well.
