Company change with H1- Approved I-140

Hello,

can anyone  clarify me on below  concerns:

1) I am with Employer A - I-140 approved  4 year ago. If i change to company B - they file H1B extension with my approved I-140 and get 3 years.

After 3 years if company B does not apply for  GC  and for next extension  can i use I-140 which was approved through Employer A again?
