EB2 to EB1 Porting

Hello,

I am in United States since 2013, My GC was filed in Eb-2 category and my I140 approved. I am in US from past 4yrs and currently in a Managerial role. I still have 2yrs of my H1B left.

Now my new project could be in Canada and i would continue in the same Managerial role. My Question is after my Canada Project is done say in 1.5yrs and come back to US can my EB2 be upgraded to EB1 considering mt Managerial role at Canada? This being an international Managerial role.

How does this rule of "you must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm" work in my case and would i qualify for EB1?
