VA0424 Posted September 21, 2017 Report Share Posted September 21, 2017 1. My employer 'A' filed PERM and PD was Jun'2007 and later filed I-140 in EB2 and got receipt in Sep'07 . 2. I resigned and moved to company 'B' but my employer 'A' withdrawn the petition in Apr'08 3. New employer 'B' filed PERM and PD was Jun'2010 and later filed I-140 in EB2 got approval in Jan'2011 with new PD Jun'2010 4. Employer 'B' name was changed to 'C' due to acquisitions and filed amendment to I-140 and got approval in Jun'2017 with old PD i.e., Jun'2007 Based on latest I-140 (EB2) and it's PD Jun'2007, can I move forward with filing of EAD and I-485 since PD Jun'2007 is current now ?
