Applying for H4 EAD before new H1 starts

Hello All,

I have a complicated situation and need your suggestions.

Situation:

1. I am a student working as an intern on F1 OPT in company "A".

2. I have filed H1 through a different staffing company "B"  and my H1 is approved too through them.

3. Now my employer that is  company "A" wants to offer me a full time position and do a H1 transfer. However, they need a paycheck from "B" and which I am not having since I am interning at "A"

4. My H1 is going to start from this October 1st and hence I cannot continue as an intern in "A"

 

So options according to my understanding is:

1. Company "B" has to give me a paycheck which cannot be done in this case.

2. My husband has I-140 approved and I can apply for H4 EAD but this process may take some time.

Questions:

   -  If I apply for H4 visa along with EAD,  can I continue working till I get the approval ? ( to recap, I am on F1 right now)

  -  And next questions is , what will happen to my H1 Visa which will not even be used. Can I reinitiate my H1 later again say next year or year after that.         Will it be still valid?
