I have a job offer from employer B they will sponsor H1B transfer and may or may not start GC process. I was suggested that if the PD becomes current i can file for I-485 while working for employer B as GC is for future employment. Is this true? does employer A has to be in the picture? Can i even do that. Advice from anyone is appreciated. Link to comment
